For ten years, Confluence has brought Alaskans together to imagine what’s possible for our outdoors. This year, with the 10th Annual Confluence Summit in Kodiak just weeks away, we are evolving Confluence into two interconnected circles of participation.

The Charter Circle – In Person, Kodiak (Sept. 23–25)

Those who gather in Kodiak this year will be honored as the Charter Circle—the founding leaders who spark Alaska’s 10-Year Regenerative Outdoors Vision.

By registering for the Charter Circle, you will:

  • Attend the 10th Annual Confluence Summit in Kodiak.

  • Be recognized as a founding leader of Confluence 2025.

  • Help identify the themes that ripple statewide into the online series.

  • Automatically be enrolled in the Weaving Circle to continue the work.

  • Be acknowledged in the final Vision Report.

First Circle Registration: $249

The Weaving Circle – Online, Statewide

Not everyone can travel to Kodiak, but you can still help weave the vision by joining the Weaving Circle Online Series.

Weaving Circle participants will:

  • Access select lightning talks and recordings from Kodiak.

  • Join 8 online sessions (Oct. 2025 – June 2026) covering stewardship, health, economy, culture, infrastructure, active transportation, funding, and climate.

  • Be invited in the final Synthesis & Weaving Session.

  • Be acknowledged in the final Vision Report as contributors to Alaska’s 10-year plan.

Weaving Circle Registration:

  • $249 before Sept. 23

  • $349 after Sept. 23

Why Two Circles?

This year’s Confluence will be smaller in person but deeper in meaning. The Charter Circle in Kodiak will go deep into dialogue and spark the process. The Weaving Circle will expand the conversation statewide, ensuring more voices can be part of shaping a regenerative outdoor future for Alaska.

Together, these two circles ensure that Confluence 2025 is not just an event, but the beginning of a process that will carry forward for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the online series cost $299? Your registration supports facilitation, organization, recording, and synthesis of 8+ months of statewide sessions, culminating in the Vision Report. It’s an investment in distilling all the conversations, ideas and priorities on the way to a final report that will shape Alaska’s outdoor future.

Why register before Sept. 22? Early Weavers Circle registrants save $100, gain early access to Kodiak Lightning Talk recordings, and are recognized as part of the Charter Circle—the first cohort of online contributors acknowledged in the Vision Report.

Will there be recordings? Yes. All Lightning Talks and online sessions will be recorded. Charter and Weaver Circles members get first access.

What happens after the online series? The Charter and Weavers Circles and/or theme leaders will convene in Fall 2026 for an Implementation Design Lab, turning the vision into an action roadmap.
